K-Engine Thermostat Outlet Barb
If you’ve got a crusty, old thermostat housing on your Toyota K-Engine, you can use this file to have a new outlet machined from aluminium.
Designed to be a transition fit, it should just press into your housing once you’ve removed your old outlet.

SCH40 PIPE TEMPLATES
The Sch40 pipe templates i designed to help route the j-pipe on the turbo ke70.
download and print yourself at home. I suggest 100% infill – pla or petg will be more than enough for the job.
in the same way that i wouldn’t run a turbo unsupported, i would suggest not hanging your turbo straight from an unsupported jig – you will likely quickly break something.
you (i) could potentially make the part thicker which might allow that, but then your print time / cost will increase (I think unnecessarily so).

TOYOTA K-ENGINE: MECHANICAL FUEL PUMP BLOCKING PLATE
The blocking plate I designed for the toyota k engine to allow you to run an external fuel pump as opposed to the factory, mechanical pump.
step file of the 3d model and a dxf of the 1:1 scale plate are included so that you can make youre own at home!

cam degree wheel
The cam degree wheel and socket I designed to dial in the cam on my 5K engine.
This will work with any engine, the only difference will potentially be the size of your crank. I will be making more sockets to suit different engines along the way – let me know if you’re after a certain size in particular and i will try to make it available!
